I bought this machine after doing extensive research, and this model always coming out top rated and best buy. I specifically wanted the 14 cup capacity because there are several coffee drinkers here. The "Bold" button is a great feature, it makes the coffee much stronger. Only issue is you have to be careful pouring the water in and not spilling, as the reservoir opening is a bit small. This is a great product and I highly recommend it.

Wife and I love our coffee in the morning. We had a very cheap coffee maker and for Christmas we treated each other with a new coffee maker. Coffee is much better with our new 14 cup machine but we only brew 12 each day.
I would recommend this to a friend!
