I bought this coffee maker about three months ago. I was looking for a machine that made a good cup of coffee. This one allows me to push the "bold" button for that nice, strong cup. I love it!

The product is excellent with the exception of the heating pad. The paint or whatever is used has chipped away

New and the coffee is not kept hot in the pot. Over time this problem gets worse, until you have to replace the entire unit. This effect has happened on all of these coffee makers we have had. We like it because of the 14 cup feature.
