Bought this about a month ago. Had Been making coffee with the Keurig K cup system. Will probably never use that again, this is the way to go, much better flavor and taste.

We love the coffee pot very much but find it extreamly difficult to program. There are to many steps to get it program. My husband and I are older and it gets confusing trying to get it set. We just put the coffee in the pot and brew it.

I bought this a few months ago. The features are nice and I wasn't looking for anything special. Parts under the lid will get some deposits and are not easy to clean.
