I purchased this for a Christmas gift for my husband. We love this coffeemaker! It keeps the coffee hot and the 14 cup is perfect for us. It is great when you have guests and enough coffee for everyone.

It is doing everything I expected. It is easy to clean, makes excellent coffee, (btw, I fresh grind beans for every pot using burr mill, been doing this for 15 years). If I were to point to anything that is not perfect, it would be the difficulty getting all of the water out or the carafe when filling. I really love the 14 cup max though and gladly put up with a little inconvenience to have that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice looking coffee maker iwth push buttons. The hot plate is the best and hottest of any coffee maker I've purchased. This was a replacement for a similar model that lasted over 10 years of use. Great product.
I would recommend this to a friend!
