It is always leaking water! Especially If you fill the coffee maker to brew 14 cups! The water pours out of over flow hole on the back of the machine! You can actually only fill it to 11cups and leave rest in canister at start of brewing! The lid on the canister is also a issue! For the money spent I am unhappy cause of these issues! I love coffee! I prep, brew and drink about 3 pots a day! So I consider myself a coffee maker engineer! I would not recommend this maker to anyone!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our new 14 cup coffee pot! It is easy to use. Serves and keeps the coffee very hot. We appreciate having the two extra cups. Also like the extended auto timer that gives more time for auto-shut off. Good product.
