Stopped working in 2 months. Everyday use, but not heavy (1 brew daily, 4-6 cups, occasionally 8). One morning the power button just didn't turn on, had to call and get replacement unit. Received it last week, we'll see.

I recently bought the 14 cup coffeemaker because I was not happy with my pod brewer. I like hot, strong coffee and I enjoy a very full cup. Since I have been using the Cuisinart coffeemaker, I have had great coffee. I am also very happy that I can keep the coffee hot for several hours. I love the fact that I can set the coffeemaker up at night and my coffee is ready when I go to the kitchen in the morning. I am very pleased with my new coffeemaker. I drink my coffee black without sugar, so I do get the full flavor with every cup. Good job!

This coffeemaker is great. I love the options it has for brewing strength and hotplate temperature. I don't use the timed brew feature, but the regular brew cycle is quick enough. The carafe holds 14 cups, more than enough if I have company. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Originally purchased the coffeemaker to replace another brand that quit working. I am really satisfied with my purchase. Vey happy with this model. It can brew up to a 14 cup pot and the brewing is pretty quick. I did experience a warranty issue within the first year and was extremely satisfied with how it was taken care of and when it was decided my coffeemaker couldn't be fixed a replacement was forwarded immediately. That meant a lot to me.

Generally a good product, but it doesn't brew the coffee as hot as our prior Cuisinart unit, even when "H" shows on the display.

This is our 4th one of this model. Run them 8 hours per day, every new unit is improved over the last one. (same model #, small improvements in each unit over the years). Highly recommended, hope it is never discontinued!

One of the necessities of life! This coffeemaker brews beautifully, and looks great. Easy to clean too (very important). We don't use the programmable features, so I really can't comment on those.
