I love the size, design and performance of this coffee maker. This is the second I’ve had. I only replaced the first one because of one slight defect. The burner coating started peeling off after 3 years of use. It still worked, but I did not like the look of the burner. So that’s my only complaint. Gave the old one to a friend who also likes it a lot.

Improved model gets hotter than previous model. But the white version gets black spots that are a bit unsightly. This is just a pet peeve. No big deal.

Love this coffeemaker! (but minor defects required 2 returns; got it right on the 3rd try)

Sleek design, easy controls and the option of a burst of BOLD to a brewing lead to smart start to my day. The 14-cup carafe is an upgrade from my 12-cup model. That's an extra bonus.

Thank you for your feedback—we’re glad to hear you love the coffee maker but are sorry the carafe is leaking when pouring. This can sometimes happen if the lid isn’t fully secured or aligned, so we recommend ensuring the lid is tightened properly and that the spout area is clean and free of any buildup. If the leaking continues, our team would be happy to review the carafe and help with additional troubleshooting. Please contact our Consumer Assistance Center at 1-800-726-0190 and reference Ticket #8900552285 for assistance.

The Cuisinart is of a convenient and modern design with all the necessary settings easy to use. The carafe is especially easy to use and cleaning is simple with only a rinse needed if a complete washing does not have time permitting. The coffee maker makes great coffee and is priced competitively.
