I purchased this as a replacement for a nearly identical Cuisinart coffee maker. I didn't want to have to learn new buttons, settings, etc. I just wanted coffee! Thank you, Cuisinart for sticking with a tried and true design.

The pot leaks when pouring coffee and basket that holds grounds is a bit smaller then recommended coffee filters so found that if fold filter on bottom grinds won’t split over into unit

This is our second one. The first one lasted a couple of years and then started smoking randomly and stopped working. For whatever reason, my husband bought another one. Fingers crossed this one lasts longer and doesn’t start a fire.
