Very disappointed! I paid alot of money for this coffee pot.
The grounds overflow. Always a mess. Including grounds in the pot! I wrote an email the month after purchasing i never received a response. I followed all the suggestions as far as too much grounds. Coffee that is fine grounds. Im very disappointed! Never again will I buy a Cusinart coffee maker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So noisy. Brewing cycle sounds like soldiers stomping through broken glass. And for whatever reason, even though we have tried many positions for the basket and filter, it continually stops up, overflows and causes a mess. We moved it to the bathroom to contain both the noise and the mess which is a further nuisance. We were given this as a gift a year ago so it’s too late to return.
