This is my 3rd Cuisinart 14 Cup Programmable Coffee maker! I dropped my last one as we took it to church for our Gathering. Fortunately, I was able to Wake up and smell the Coffee within 2 days! It serves a piping hot cup in the morning to jump start my day.

It is a very nice coffeemaker, and makes a perfect cup of coffee. The only problem is that the coffee grounds overflow the filter with every 12 cups coffee brewed regardless if you use fine or coarse ground coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like the features, I never purchase a coffee maker that doesnt have the programable feature. Its also a stylish. looking machine. I also like that I can program how long to keep the coffee on warm.
I do not care at all for the need to remove the top to fill the pot and if the top is not on precisely it falls off potentially spilling hot coffee or water when filling.

This is my 4th or 5th 14 Cup Programmable Coffee Maker, One was replaced just because I broke the carafe, one was replaced for color, The last was my own fault of an ant problem and I sprayed poison inside it , My bad , As long as these are made I will stay with this model
