Only had 1month. Great features for price; filter, program start, brew strength, guest-over 14cup carafe, brew done alert , very attractive machine in black and stainless.
Cons; tall unit for small space, pot replacement &&, set up for right handed fill, plastic parts seem a little flimsy.
Overall, happy. Oh...Makes good coffee!!

This is my second Cuisinart coffeemaker. I love this product, but my old 12 cup coffeemaker had a better lid. This one is harder to make feel secure.

Makes good coffee and keeps it nice and hot. My main reason for buying this model is for the temperature setting of the heating plate. So yes, I paid more for this model then I ever paid for a coffee pot before. I think it is a little slow when brewing the coffee but is worth the wait. I know I could take a cup out without dripping before the brewing is completed but I find the coffee to be strong at that point. I use the gold filter as well as a paper one so maybe that slows the brewing time. The other problem is when opening the lid to empty the grounds the water drips down the back on the counter....
