This coffee maker brews the coffee quickly and keeps it hot for a long time. It replaces another Cuisinart that failed after years of use. The old one was more sturdily built. The new one is very light weight and made of plastic. It slides around on the counter whereas the old model stayed in place.

We bought the 14 cup coffee maker from Cuisinart as a replacement for our 12 cup model. We are really happy with the new coffee maker with its easy to use features and it makes really good coffee. I would have no reservations recommending Cuisinart to anybody.
