I read a lot of reviews and this product had the best ones. I am very happy with the coffeemaker. Many people say it's loud but it needs to be. It is actually quieter than I thought it would be. Easy to use and I like the option to either use the grind option or not. The non-glass carafe was important to me as it keeps the coffee hotter for longer. It takes a couple of minutes to clean but again I thought it'd take longer based on other reviews. Overall...very happy!

I have the older model and used it for 12 years. I was looking for similar one with a stainless steel, thermal carafe, grind and brew. This one I find it bulky and the added extra portion on the top, is not needed at all. I don't see any purpose for it. But, I have it and used it and will see if this one last as long as the previous one.

This is our second G&B Coffeemaker. The grinder is very efficient and quick. The insulated carafe is a great idea, I don't know why other manufacturers don't adopt it.
The only thing is there are a lot of parts to clean every day. Ground coffee tends to accumulate in the grinder, especially in places it's hard to see.

Coffee grinder very loud so when in program mode and set it you won’t need your alarm clock. Wished the coffee was hotter. On the plus side it does make a great tasting cup of coffee.
