Coffee is great, perfect size for my needs, coffee is hot enough for my preferences. Some design issues keep it from being a 5star item. Specifically the top for the water reserve is not hinged so it’s easy to drop the lid in, then the markings for the water and the start button are on opposite sides meaning there’s no good way to position the coffeemaker and not have to constantly move it around. The brew pause feature was not working when I first got it but customer service was super responsive and I received a replacement part right away! All in all a good little coffeemaker!

Nice little coffee pot, works as expected. No problems with the heating plate like others have complained about, if coffee or water drip down I wipe it up right away so it doesn’t have time to burn on the plate.

Love coffee maker however only keeps coffee warm 30 minutes. I would like it to turn off after a hour. Also u cannot get a cup before it’s brewed. It will drip coffee all over It drips after it is brewed and u take first cup. I had a regular sized pot and I did not have these problems. Coffee is always spilled on counter.

The coffee maker is a nice size that makes good hot coffee, that stays hot. Much easier to fill the water reserve, than my old four cup model. I still use a paper filter, and have no issues of getting grounds in the coffee.

This coffeemaker makes the best and smoothest coffee I have ever had in a home machine. The removable water tank is actually very convenient . We fill it from my refrigerator’s filtered water system and move directly to the machine. Also, The 20 minute auto shutoff does not overcook the coffee. This machine brews 5 cups quickly - within 3-5 minutes I believe.
