This toaster does exactly what I need it to do - TOAST - whatever I put in it which is usually a slice of bread or a bagel. Prefer using the bread setting for bagels as I like both inside and outside toasted but I like having the option.

It works so far. We haven't used all the features to be sure. The big disappointment is the surface. I wipe it with water or soap and water and it always looks spotted. Our former toast died on one side. It was terrific. The surface was shiny chrome and it cleaned beautifully

We have had this a number of weeks now and the performances is what I expected...Excellent. The question remains...for how long. Our previous toaster lasted somewhere between 6 - 8 months.
