Very disappointed

very disappointed in this toaster. I bought the white one. Picked it because of the Cuisinart brand. Extremely uneven toasting! Part of the toast is burnt black while other parts are not toasted at all! Come on Cuisinart, this isn’t rocket science!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This toaster toasts bread perfectly. My toaster had some sort of black plastic body. This is metal except for the crumb catcher. Polishes up easily and looks great. I think it may be a healthier option than a plastic body.
