Nice toaster, however when the toast cycle is complete and the toasts pop up, they do not pop up high enough. This is especially true when toasting English muffins.

Purchased this recently mostly for the Cuisinart name and am happy with it. Does what you expect from a toaster with additional features such as defrost and selecting the bread type. I would have given it 5 stars but it cannot accommodate a New York bagel (you have to squish it or cut it too size). Not a major problem as I do not have them often. I would have no problem recommending this product.
