I was very impressed with the Quality & performance with other Cuisinart products that I have purchased in the past. So when it was time to purchase another toaster,
I chose the Cuisinart brand. Purchased a month ago, I am very please withe appearance, quality and performance. Easy to clean, very visible settings that actually correspond with desired degree of toasting.

Purchased this recently mostly for the Cuisinart name and am happy with it. Does what you expect from a toaster with additional features such as defrost and selecting the bread type. I would have given it 5 stars but it cannot accommodate a New York bagel (you have to squish it or cut it too size). Not a major problem as I do not have them often. I would have no problem recommending this product.

Bought this with an XmAs gift certificate as our old toaster no longer works. This is lightweight, compact in size but has enough bells and whistles to toast fresh or frozen bread, bagels, waffles, pastries and English muffins! Works great!

A toaster is not a high tech appliance. It toasts various bread items. Easy enough for a senior citizen to operate. Retains some features from back in the day. Stainless steel shell makes it compatible with other kitchen appliances .
