We had another high-end brand of toaster for 10 years so when it stopped working, we decided to get another brand to see how long it would last. This brand is doing great so far but ask me again in 10 years.

I like the different settings and the opening fits most breads and bagels. The crumb tray seems a bit small, but otherwise we love the toaster.

Toaster works well with plenty of settings. I do miss the countdown timer my old Cuisinart had. When stopping the toaster short of it's time if you try and move the lever up instead of pushing the cancel button it feels like I'm breaking the toaster.

Unimpressed. The dials seemed like gimmicks. The only thing you could really do (besides darkness setting) is just turn on the outside burners - WHICH TOASTED SINGLE SLICES EVEN MORE UNEVENLY!!!! Small bread openings, too.
