Dear Sirs, Sorry, but I had a problem with the toaster just less than two weeks after purchase. The grill where you insert the bread has wide spaces, so, since the bread slice I put in was the first of the bread loaf, it was smaller and while I was trying to take it out it split and one piece fell through the opening of the grill. I just couldn't in any way taking it out. I even unscrewed the bottom of the toaster, but it didn't allowed me to reach the inside to remove the bread slice. Now I cannot use the toast since the grill cannot be pushed down to the bottom.
I will have to return the toaster.... I'm so disappointed!

I purchased this toaster, when our old one decided not to toast evenly. Now I have perfectly toast bread , bagels and English muffins. Set it and turn dial to bread selection and boom. Awesome.

Not working properly when I received. I had read other reviews saying that one side of the heating element in one of the slots did not toast. That that wouldn’t happen again!?! Wrong. First piece of toast was burned on one side and not toasted on other. Very disappointed and returned.
