The toaster works fine, but I wish I had known the slots are not big enough to handle over-sized slices like sourdough.

Will still burn toast on the next toasting. One slice button doesn’t really do anything, all elements still go on. Only setting that makes a change is bagel.

I thought for the price, the toaster was made of low quality material. I thought the stainless steel exterior was very thin and lightweight. The toaster I had previously (which was the cheapest on the shelf) was comparatively not much different. I believe I paid for the name rather than the quality.....a disappointment.
