I have to put the dial up to 5 for it to toast my bread. Otherwise it’ warm and dries the bread without color. Also the handle has to lock into place - not an easy slide down like other toasters. Would not recommend this toaster

I had one sided BURNT toast. Cut the cord and took picture as instructed. Got a second NEW toaster and it too BURNS one side of the toast. Needless to say I ordered a toaster from another company and I will be SOOOOO HAPPY when it arrives. Test your 2 slice toasters and you wi;;n discover that the right side no matter which section you place it in BURNS!!!!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Performs as promised. Produces equally toasted sides in a relatively short period of time. No complaints about performance. I would comment that it feels flimsy and cheap, will have to wait and see how it holds up.

After years of using other toasters, this choice was best for the toasting of both sides of breads, etc. in a equal and satisfactory mode. Also love the ability to choose the exact product to select and toast. The other small choices of single slice, cancel process and the selection of how dark or light to toast my product has been very valuable for our family, overall very happy of this product that is now satisfying my individual needs and desires. I would highly recommend this toaster to anyone for its overall capabilities to perform in the highest level available amongst all toasters.
