Have reorder this product multiple times. However, coffee reservoir heat plate has turned dark brown after one month of use.

Keeps the coffee piping hot and i like the convenience of the on demand dispensing! The only thing i wish was different would be to make the dispensing area taller to accomodate a larger cup.
