[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am on my THIRD. All have a constant leak from the “on demand” after about a year. The ONLY reason I tried #2 and #3 is because they were replacements under warranty. Never again! Trash. Now the original is out of warranty so Cuisnart does NOT care

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product a month ago and I’m very happy with it. I had purchased basically the same thing 11 years ago and could now longer get a replacement part which is the reason I purchased this one. It’s so sleek and clean looking and I love that there’s a light so you can see how much coffee is in your cup as you’re filling and also the clock is lit up. Where is on the old one it was not. Would definitely recommend this.
This is my 3rd coffee maker like this. I returned on already for it not working properly. This one is leaking water and the gauge not reading accurately. I will not purchase another one after this one.

We're sorry to hear about your experience with the Coffee on Demand® 12 Cup Programmable Coffee Maker, especially after having owned multiple units. If the water gauge is not reading accurately, we recommend placing the unit on a level surface and confirming the reservoir is filled slowly to the desired mark; for leaking, please check that the reservoir and coffee tank are free of cracks and that all components are properly seated after cleaning. Please contact our Consumer Assistance Center at 1-800-726-0190 and reference Ticket #8901092827 so we can further troubleshoot the issue and gather additional details. Thank you for sharing your feedback; we value your loyalty and use consumer comments like yours to help improve our products and overall experience.
This used to be a 5-star coffee maker that lasted forever! Something changed over the past couple of years in the making of it or the internal design. We tried four in a row and all leaked from the bottom all over the counter. This should be a solvable issue for Cuisinart. I want to love this again. Great warranty but weary from packing & returning!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dad bought my first one of these over 10 years ago. At first, I was irritated at my dad because I had an idea of what a coffee maker should look like and this clearly was not it. I am so glad that Cusinart reimagined the coffee maker. I love this coffee maker. It is easy to program, I wake up to freshly brewed coffee, and the coffee stays hot (2-4 hours depending on which setting you choose) until it comes out. There is no thermal loss, as is usually experienced with carafes. The only downside to this coffeemaker is that because it is not yet ubiquitous, visitors can be a bit flummoxed in the morning when trying to get a cup of coffee.
