I like it- I find it hard to clean the grinds out of the filter and insert- and my filter handle broke after the first day but those are minor and overall it’s a great machine and keeps coffee warm for each cup - especially when more than one person is drinking coffee.

This is my 3rd; 12 cup on demand coffee pot! The is the best I have ever owned as the coffee is just as awesome in taste when first brewed until auto shut down 2 hours later. We make a lot of coffee daily, so it does get quite a workout.

Love this coffe maker. It makes wonderful coffee, purifies the water, keeps it hot for four hours and longer if you want. It has exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this to everyone. The best part is you don't have to use a carafe, it pours directly from the machine into your cup of choice.I had a similar pot, different brand, that I had to replace after 10 - 12 months. The quality was not near equal.The thing I get amused by is the gage for full to empty that looks like a gas gage in a car.
