I believe that this is the third one that we have purchased over the past 15 years, at least.
What we love about it: the dispenser light, no carafe, level gauge to see how much is left, stays relatively hot for 4 hours, the dispenser bar (bought the first one for that reason alone so Mom, in her nineties could easily get her coffee).
The only drawback is cleaning the unit that holds the coffee. Grounds get caught in there and some black flakes but hubby does a good job of thoroughly cleaning it.

Had one previously that lasted 10 years being used 2-3 times a day. Really appreciate the timer so that we had fresh coffee upon awakening each morning. The coffee reservoir kept the coffee warm without developing bitterness after a couple hours.
