Stops working in 3 months

This is my third delonghi machine, by first two were nespresso virtuo, the first stopped working after 1 week. The second stopped working after 1 year of use, and now this CM model has also stopped working after less than a year. No troubleshooting has solved the issue, poor quality. No one wants to replace a 300 coffee machine every single year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Makes great coffee…little learning curve with the frother…but I think I’m getting there.. my only issue, is that when I want to froth milk sometimes the frother light flashes when I turn it on, so I know it’s heating, other times it doesn’t flash. So I kind of just have to wing it. I spent some time with customer service about this, and I’m led to believe it’s not an issue and not defective. Anybody else experiencing this? Other than that I really do love it.

Bought this product with great expatriations and it has not let me down . It truly makes a magnificent cup of coffee with the perfect amount of froth . At first it was a little intimidating to set up and run but after a while it became so simple to operate . Besides it being a fantastic machine it is a pleasant addition to my countertop that looks very sharp .

I bought to replace 15 yr old predecessor which gave up. Seems easier in many respects & more professional in its results. Just need to order frother pitcher designed for this spout since the only one I have doesn’t quite “fit.” Happy with the recommendation & courtesy coupon for being 2nd DeLonghi purchase!

Disappointing - Luke Warm Coffee

I bought this for my son for Christmas so he could program it to have his coffee ready before work and enjoy makin an espresso when he wasn't in a rush for time. The programming function works fine and the coffee might be ready for him in the morning but it just isn't hot enough. The same goes for the espresso brewing function. Very disappointing considering the price and the quality I'd expect from DeLonghi.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It makes terrific coffee and espresso so everyone gets their preferred beverage. The reusable filter saves money by not having to buy coffee filters. It's sleek, attractive, and looks great on my counter. This is a great product and I would highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect coffee/espresso machine combo. It even looks nice sitting on your counter if you don’t have the space to store it. It’s so convenient to be able to use to for coffee, espresso, or even hot chocolate for the kids. The instructions are very helpful in figuring out how to use all different features, a couple issues we had at first were all issue errors on our part. This Mom of four who loves coffee recommends this awesome machine!
