Ran a pot of just water to rinse out the coffee side of the machine before my initial use and that was it the coffee side completely stopped working never even got a cup of coffee out of it. Now going through the warranty process. I will say the tech support guy was very nice.

Machine Leaks- Espresso Stopped working

Within a few uses of this product, I noticed water was leaking from the bottom. Every morning I would have a puddle on my countertop. 5 months in and the espresso machine stopped working. After Multiple descalings and attempts to clean the machine, these problems still persist. If you have wood countertops avoid this product.

Woke up to not working

Bought this a week ago and came down stairs this morning to my pot coffee and not hot. Went to make a fresh pot and it won’t brew/work. Glad I registered it.

Brand new and non-functioning

Subject to change, but brand new (?) out of the box and the water pump on the coffee pot side doesn't work. Some leakage observed on the counter. Water heats as the unit gets quite hot, but no dispensed water into the pot during setup. Tried multiple times. Even used the included descaler just in case this wasn't a brand new model. No success. Needed this maker for guests coming in two days as I don't have a drip brewer. Guess we'll just have to do cowboy coffee. Ridiculous.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always wanted an Espresso Machine and the De'Longhi All-In-One Combination Coffee and Espresso Machine gives me that as well as good drip coffee. I make espresso just like the coffee shop now. It comes with everything you need to make espresso drinks and lattes. I love steaming milk and not having to pay extra for oat milk or almond milk, like they charge in the coffee shop. When I do not have time to make espressos. I just set up the auto timer on the drip machine and wake up to fresh coffee. The odor is pleasant and goes through our apartment. We are very happy with theDe'Longhi All-In-One Combination Coffee and Espresso Machine. It is easy to use and makes great coffee, what more do you need.

It’s so pretty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the space-saving combo of coffee pot and espresso machine, and this one looks so fancy. It’s super easy to set up and use. I love that it comes with a reusable filter for the coffee pot. It froths and foams milk great. It makes decent coffee, but is definitely not a high-end machine for either the espresso or drip coffee. It tahrs forever for the espresso side to heat up, and the milk takes a long time to get to a hot temp when being steamed. But, all in all, it’s a great product for what it is. And it’s seriously pretty.
