Some apps are freezing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The problem appears with the YouTube app; it automatically exits from full screen to a small screen. The phone has frozen a couple of times, so I had to force-restart it. When my hands are wet, I am unable to use my fingerprint to unlock the screen.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this device for its qualifying features and I use it for daily tasks, and to take great photos and videos.i love the looks and feel of its design.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Ultra because it is the best of the best in its class. It has all the bells and whistles plus extras. I have owned Samsung products for years and I will continue to do so. The AI in the phone has so many features and just makes things easier in my daily life. Picture taking is a breeze and the quality of all my pictures look like I took them with a professional camera. Videos turn out spectacular especially landscape and nature. To me, it is worth spending the extra money to upgrade to the Ultra.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I CHOSE the S26 Ultra. Because if u want literally a computer in your back pocket it's 5he only way to go. Literally does everything. Would be a fool to choose anything else in my opinion it's the best phone on the market.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the ultra because love the big display, and the colors and clarity are amazing, coming from a pixel, and trust me, worth the change at all. The privacy feature is fenomenal.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy S26 Ultra because I needed a phone that survives a real workday, not a showroom demo. I work maintenance, then shoot clips outside, wrench on gear, and track workouts. It keeps up without me babysitting it. The screen sold me. Texas sun wrecks most displays. This one stays readable outside, and the privacy display works. People beside me see a dark panel. I still see maps, texts, and the camera. That matters in a hallway or lot. Performance is boring in the best way. Apps open. Multitasking does not stutter. I jump between camera, notes, health tracking, and video with no drama. Heat stays reasonable when I record outside or run navigation. Battery lasts a full shift plus evening use. I am not hunting a charger at lunch unless I filmed all morning. A short charge helps. Daylight camera is strong. Dusk is better than expected. Zoom works for signs, parts, and distant details. Handheld video is stable enough for quick clips. S Pen is the sleeper feature. Notes and markup beat typing with dirty hands. Samsung Health tracks weight, sleep, and activity. Pairing with the Galaxy Watch Ultra is clean. Software is packed. Circle to Search and writing tools save time. The built-in voice assistant is the part I skip. I set what I want and leave the rest. Build feels solid. Grip is better. Speakers are loud enough in a truck or shop. I chose this device because the unglamorous stuff works: screen, battery, camera, pen, and health tracking. That is what I needed.
Something to make better or just lose all together

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Samsung S26 Ultra. Mainly for the oversized screen. Then found out how amazing the camera is. I'm a truck driver and I'm constantly using this as my GPS device, while streaming music on my long hauls. Also using it for my electronic log book. On average running 4 to 5 apps at once, all day long and never have any issues. I only rated it at 4 stars, because I've had problems with the stylus... Using a case to protect my phone, I find it very difficult to get the stylus out. Taking the protective case off, I find the stylus pops out too easily. I purchased this phone July 4th and I have already lost the stylus (lol). Besides all of that. I haven't found very many reasons to even use a stylus. Just a suggestion, but maybe they should make it a digital lock and release. It wouldn't be difficult to remove the stylus with the stronger spring and a digital release and they're definitely wouldn't be any chance of losing it.
