My Galaxy S26 Ultra: The Note I Thought I'd Lost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S Pen is the reason I can't live without this phone. My first Samsung was the Note 5, my last was the Note 20 Ultra — I was hooked from the start. So when I heard they'd discontinued the Note series, I was honestly disappointed, and I didn't think any phone would meet my expectations again.
I chose the Galaxy S26 Ultra.
Fortunately, this one surpassed them. fingers are too big for those tiny phone keyboards, and the pen fixes all of that — drawing, editing photos and videos, navigating all of my apps. I love being able to jot down a note or phone number right on the screen, just like paper, instead of typing it out or scribbling on a scrap I'll lose by dinnertime.
The built-in privacy display is brilliant — one toggle blocks side-angle viewing so the people around me can't see my screen. That's real peace of mind for online banking, passwords, private conversations, anything confidential.
The AI features feel like a thoughtful assistant: smart chat suggestions and a one-page daily rundown covering everything from my weather to my workouts. I choose exactly what I see — reminders I asked for, zero advertising.
And Samsung still makes the best cameras, period. The video stabilization is rock-steady, and I use the zoom constantly.
Physically, it's lighter and thinner than I expected, which matters — my phone goes everywhere with me and has to fit in some tight spots.
The Note is back in spirit, and honestly? It's better than ever.

Why the S26 Ultra?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the S26 ultra after a lot of consideration. I needed to upgrade from a slow moto I had and couldnt decide what phone to get. Now that I have it, I love it and I dont see myself changing it any time soon. I love the long lasting battery life on it since im usually away from for most of the day. I'm a college student so it is definitely useful. One big thing leading to my decision was the built in privacy screen. I use it for all of my banking and messaging platforms, it really gives a sense of comfort when im out in public. Overall great phone, with a great chip that makes it fast and smooth.

Overall it's a great phone for what I need to do, it's features are great the cameras quality is outstanding. The 26 ultra size has a great feeling in my hands, I got a case on it and it still feels normal and not bulky. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone.

It charges quickly and with the new and updated AI features it makes life easier. I can dictate speeches, get help with homework , and it also helped me compose a budgeting spreadsheet that has absolutely changed my life. I play my music and stream movies at great definitions. I highly recommend the new Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra!

Excellent phone

But after owning it for a short amount of time, I realized this phone can do so much more straight out of the box without additional software. The S26 Ultra is a beast of a phone. I've never had any failures and never had an instance where any other item that uses your phone, has failed to perform its intended purpose. The S-Pen has always been a huge help.
I've owned the S series phones since they were launched. I'll never go back to a different brand.
