You should read it!!!!

However, the installation process was complicated and hard to understand. We followed the instructions one by one but we had to go over all of them three times. I am still having problems with the HP Smart app. It tells me to “get support” and I will. I would like to use all the printer features.

This week I am having problems to print from my computer, cel or IPAD. I had to save the document in a file. I tried several times but it works after the third or fourth attempt. Once it accepts the order the print is excellent.
I will try to fix the SmartApp today. I tried several times to fix the App but still is not communicating with the printer.
Now is printing from my cel and IPad without a problem it was probably the WiFi. However I am still having problems to send documents from my computer. So I have decided to send it to my email and it prints great from my IPhone.
I still recommend the printer. The color quality is excellent and printing speed is great. Excellent printer for a Home Office.

Fast and efficient

It definitely meets my needs as I am a student and also work remotely where I have to print numerous documents. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer has been amazing for me! I have a small business, and am an artist so this printer has been life changing. I really enjoyed that it's setup was easy and fast. This gives me a great and convenient way to scan and digitize my drawings. I love that it has an app you can use on your phone, so I'm easily able to print and scan without any of the frustration I've experienced with other printers. Colored pictures, and black and white both end up looking pretty good. If I were in the market for a printer I would definitely consider getting one like this.

The print quality is superb.. The connectivity to my wifi was very easy. The HP Smart App is very informational when you need to get supplies and when you need to see if anything wrong with the printer. I love it.The print speed is very fast. I love i can print on both size without having to turn the paper over. Was easy to setup too.

Great entry level pro printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My HP OfficeJet Pro 8135e printer was a breeze to setup and use! I especially love the printer subscription as the ink arrives before my printer even runs out. I like really like the build quality looks really nice on our station. The print speed is quick and consistent. We had a print job of over 100 pages and it was able to handle it without an issue or taking a break. I would have like the printer tray to hold a bit more papers as it only holds about fifty pages. It is also able to print thick stock papers which makes it a breeze for printing posters. I also love the fact that we can scan directly to phone as previously I needed to install desktop software to do that. Scanning to usb is also a breeze as it is pretty much just plug n play. Given its size and printing speeds, I would say it meant more for Home office, small business situation and not for daily heavy usage. The one thing this I wish the printer does better is on multi page scanning, when scanning more than 10 pages using the Multi Feeder, it is has slight hue; I’m sure it is more of a software issue that HP and easily fix. Overall I really love the printer as it was simple to setup, easy to use, has wonderful copy and scan functions and has great print quality.

The HP Smart app is a must-have on your phone. I can scan any document or image into my phone just like I would if I were using a real printer. I adore the app; it's incredible and only takes a few seconds.
