I like the way the prints come out very nicely. I used the printer a lot when I printed instructions for "my children when I pass away".
One thing I do not like is the slowness of it actually printing. I t seems to have to go through this back and forth of the printer heads and the black cartridge periodically pops out of the holder and then I open it up and push down the cartridge and then it works quite awhile. When the print gets fuzzy I think do I need a new cartridge.

Slow and noisy. Unit feels cheap and fragile. Ink cartridge exchange in the unit is not as smooth as previous unit. Cartridges are not communicating so not printing correctly.
