[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first new printer in 10 years. Needless to say, this is a nice upgrade. After easily unpacking it, I plugged it in and downloaded the online software. I had some difficulty connecting, but that was an error with ethernet on my end. Once I troubleshooted that, I was able to successfully connect and print. My first print job was simple and the job was done quickly and the final product was neat and clear. When I attempted to scan, I was unable to do so without downloading scanner software. This was a simple download and upon completion, I scanned and saved a few documents. My only complaint is that I am unable to scan a double sided document without reinserting the document. Not a huge problem, just a bit inconvenient when working with double sided lengthy documents. Overall, this is an easy to use printer+ at a reasonable price. It also has a professional, high end look for an at home printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried out the 8135E model and works well. Took a bit of time to connect to my laptop. Easily prints from laptop and mobile device. No issues thus far. UPDATE- having issues printing from mobile device. HP support unable to determine issue . Still no change to printing from my phone but no issues printing from my laptop . Update#2 still cannot mobile print. But no other issues. Most likely a router issue
Router addressed and still unable to print from my phone. Since I don't own a laptop myself, I am unable for HP to remote in to see what the issue is. I only have a company laptop
I may have to send this back. It keeps saying it's out of paper when it's not. I add MORE paper, and it still won't print. Then I get a pop up message on my PC that says there is a problem with my printer. Duh! I have to constantly unplug and replug to reset it so it will print. Wish I had kept my old printer. This one is a pain. It may fly home to wherever it came from soon.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first glance it it was compact and sturdy. It fit perfectly in the corner of my office counter space. I love my HP printer it was what I needed for my business to takeoff. The auto feed, faxing, coping just everything I wanted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to finally find a good all in one machine. I already owned a laser printer, but really wanted one that could scan and copy. The ability to scan documents is an absolute must in today's "paperless" society. Fantastic Product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new HP OfficeJet Pro 8135e printer. It has everything I need in a home office printer. It is quick, reliable, high-quality, and has many features that make printing easy. I can use bluetooth to print from my phone and it automatically sends me new ink when I need it. You can't go wrong with this printer!
I have owned HP printers since the early 1990s. This is likely my last HP printer. It will not install without WiFi or direct internet connection; it cannot be installed via the PC. While the sales info states it will operate via USB to the PC, the installation process warns this will only work temporarily. The internet connection through my router is far slower than the direct USB connection. I don't like that HP keeps track of what and when I print. That said, it prints OK.
