This is a nice printer but it says it prints on both sides but it is not auto matic like my old HP. You have to attach the slide to tje back and then print the second page. Easier to just put he ptinted page back in the printer and have it prin t the 2nd page that way you do not have to move the printer. Wish it did this autommaticatically as the old one did. Otherwise no complantes and was a reasonable price.

The do-it-yourself did not work. It several visit to hp and several hours to get it set up.

I like the printer …. It’s the ink cost That’s my problem
I have not used it much once I learned the cost of ink
So I went back to my old 2600 series HP which is a great printer…. I really would like to return the new one ….

Printer is new. About the third time printing there is no longer ink being printed on the paper. The machine goes through the motions but nothing shows up on the paper. I have unplugged restarted it, checked ink levels are good and the pads have ink on them to the touch, have not been able to find what could be the issue.

Reasonable price, quality and set up. Ink prices are horribly expensive!

Easy set up.
Ink is so expensive I could almost buy another printer for the same price. Plus, I have not figured out which cartridge is low, just say replace ink. I doubt all four are low.
I use this mostly for my home office.
