First reason I don't like this printer is you use all.kinds of symbols that I have no idea what they do. If you KEPT the important manual for us we could look things up. And the symbols are TINY! I am 83 years old and need all the help I can get. Don't worry, old people will die soon and you can continue to make unfriendly products. I doubt young people like being SCREWED OUT OF THE MOST NECESSARY ITEM OF ALL, THE MANUAL!!

Overall, a good printer. Starts printing out of sleep mode w/o long delay. Takes some skill to add to home network. Built in tools hang and you have to restart. HP ink program is good, but not intuitive in its use. A lot of hunting to find 'order more ink'.

I can print from all the devices in our home (phones, laptops, tablets). I wish the printer was more streamlined, it feels bulky. 85% of the time it prints with no issues. It occasionally it’ll takes forever to print, I don’t know why

[ See above. ] Even your survey is clunky and poorly designed: Why have to scroll through years of calendar to indicate when first started using? Inexplicably silly. We actually started using them in about 2006.
