Initially I was very impressed as I set up my new printer. Moving more of the instructions to the mini-tv screen was a good idea. BUT, I was totally lost when it came to downloading the additional software I needed for scanning etc. I don't know how you would resolve the issue but I spent way too much time looking for the software to download. I ended up paying someone to complete the installation. I went from very impressed to very unimpressed.

Second HP printer for home business. Automatic ink replacement is worth the cost and I recommend it for signup. I never have to worry about my ink running out. HP sends it automatically when my ink gets low in the printer.
