Solid Printer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The HP OfficeJet Pro 8135e is a solid printer. Setup took about 20 minutes with the longest part being figuring out the app. The best feature from the HP Smart App is the capability to print remotely! This is the first printer I've owned with that capability. The quality of the prints were excellent. I would definitely recommend this printer!

Fast but Unreliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer has a user-friendly setup process. It produces high-quality prints at an impressive speed, while also operating quietly. However, it's worth noting that the printer is slightly larger in size, which may not be ideal if you're looking for a space-saving machine.
While mobile printing is generally reliable, there have been occasional issues with documents not printing. Additionally, the ink cartridges are on the smaller side (i.e., high replacement costs).
One of the major downsides of this printer is that it doesn't always print fax confirmations, even when the setting is enabled. The only workaround I have found for this issue is to turn the printer off and on again before sending the fax, which can be a frustrating and time-consuming process. As I heavily rely on the fax function for my small business needs, I would not repurchase due to this being an issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Powerhouse!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really glad I was able to test this printer. It’s a real powerhouse. It’s big but not too big for a home printer. Super easy setup and easy integration with the HP smart print app. Making wireless printing a breeze. The printer does use a lot of ink so if you are someone who will be doing a good amount of printing, I highly suggest subscribing to HP instant ink. It’s worth it if you’re a heavy printer. The cost of cartridges is outrageous. The printer quality is excellent, print speed is great overall as well. The printer also functions as a copier and scanner which comes in handy from time to time. Overall, I am very pleased with this printer and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a printer.

I should have listened to the reviews. After about 10 hours of online support over a 3 week period due to connection problems, I returned this printer for a different model. It was supposed to be the "latest model" and in my opinion, it needs to go back to beta testing.

Hasn't worked properly snice I bought it a month ago. Tells you the tray is out of paper when it's half full. Prints a copy than prints 4 or 5 blank sheets after it for no reason. Not impressed with the quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this printer and so grateful to have found it when I did! We have two small home businesses, one being a cardio workout, the other, carpet installation (also a cardio workout).
We haven't had a home computer in quite some time now so when I saw this, I had to jump on it!
This printer was so easy to set up. Literally just plug it in and go. Ok, so there was a little more to it than that, but easy peasy. My favorite is that there is "an app for that"! Yup! You can use the printer from your phone, anywhere! I tried to print something from my desk at work to my home, and it printed just fine!
I would highly recommend this printer to anyone,..... and I have!
