Tough to get it setup. Wasnt easy getting it to print, but I got thru the setup. Still havent gotten the scan option to work, keep getting a message that it cant load the software on my HP pc.

New printer wont print due to firmware updates continuously. Send the printer back now waiting on a new printer ? If that's gonna happen ?. 3 weeks now.

This printer has NEVER worked proper since I bought it Started out the paper kept jamming now I cant print from my computer.I tried printing from my cell and that worked
