Does not consistently work- it is like a petulant child- its feels intentional and personal- why does it have to be so complicated and why does it never work when i need it to most- so frustrating!

The color quality is not as good as the old 8600 I had for years. The Pro 8138e colors are not true to the originals and they seem to come out duller than the original.
