The printer/copier is pretty good and easy to set up. It does, however, without warning, periodically require too many steps to get it to work. Even more troubling, the HP automatic service for resupplying coper ink is, no pun intended, incredibly spotty and unreliable.

Although the machine was seal it was sold once before the previous people left a pair of women pair of glasses and a private disk there were no machines instructions or booklet and the black ink canister had to be replaced within a week after received the machine if you want me sent the pair of glasses and disk back you need to send a return box
