Don't like it at all. Red prints pinkish and purple comes out blue.

Great all purpose printer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow what a great addition to our home office. This printer came in super handy when our office printer began malfunctioning. To say it's an upgrade is an understatement. This printer handles any task you throw at it, from office forms printing front and back to bright beautiful pictures, faxing, scanning, the works! Only knock on it would be that pictures only print great on photo paper, as printing on regular paper lacks vividness. If quality, ease, speed and "set it and forget" is your motto as well then look no further. It came in like a cool summer breeze on our favorite beach, which we printed a gorgeous picture of that can be seen in our review picture!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fast, good and effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer has an amazing Features and incredible performance not including the effectiveness to do tasks easier with the app Features.
I was able to print, faxed, scanned 100 pages in seconds without any problems and not worried of running of ink thanks to the instant iñk program.
I cannot stop telling all my friends about this Fantastic Printer.

This all-in-one printer is not as good as advertised.
(1) I configured the printer as instructed. I tried to set up On/Off times (the printer gives an option to select ON/OFF times for each day of the week) using the touch screen on the printer. The problem is the printer uses ONLY GMT (suitable for users in the U.K). I live in the eastern U.S. I want the printer to come ON at 9 AM, New York time and go OFF at 10 PM New York time. It was not possible. I have given up.
(2) I have been using the HP Smart app for printing and scanning documents foryears with the All-in-one 8625 printer which was very good, but failed recently. Now, with the 8135, every time I start the HP Smart, it asks for the printer PIN (although it was required at the initial set up only). Strangely, it gives an error whaen the correct PIN is entered. So, I ignore it by pushing the CANCEL button.
(3) The printer crashes sometimes, and does not respond. The only way to restart is PowerOFF/Power ON.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The printer was easy to unpack and set up. Our wifi would not allow us to connect so we connected with a cord. This was a bit disappointing because we wanted to print wirelessly from our tablets. We will attempt to connect wirelessly again. Connected with the cord, we were able to print, scan and copy successfully. The finished printed papers were colorful and clear. Printer and copying were easy to complete. Scanning was a bit more complicated. Scanning o e sided was simple but doing double sided was more involved. Would be easier to not have to flip the paper over. This printer overall does a nice job for the price.
