Not intuitive. Not easy to switch paper size. Not user friendly. New ink cartridges don’t always register and give the message that they are fake when they are not. I’ve owned many HP products in my years. This one is by far the hardest to operate.

Certain functions that use to be default do not work i.e. Windows Fax and scan doesn't work.

This is the most difficult printer I have ever used. The buttons you have to push to do any of the function work intermittently causing it to take forever to get it to print, scan etc. in addition to that I signed up for the instant ink option which cost me more than going to a local retailer to and purchasing the cartridges.

This is the worst HP printer I have ever had! It cancels printing when there is no problem. It requires me to keep logging into the HP account for no reason. Support can never find a problem with it. I stayed online with Support for 4 hours during the first week of purchase because of issue printing PDF documents.
I am very disappointed.

Everything works pretty good except this one issue I have which is a very big nuisance. After I print something and I don’t hit the home icon on the printer screen, when I go to scan something which is what I do very often, it will not scan the document. I then have to get up out of my chair to hit the button on the printer! VERY BIG NUISANCE! PLEASE FIX THIS! Thanks Alan
