This is a replacement for an older model of the same printer.
I picked this model, because I had great success with the older model.
I used your Techie to set up the new machine, it was done properly in a short period of time.
I also renewed my ink contract, as I was extremely happy with my past experience in receiving replacement inks on time.

Set up was pretty straight forward. One small hickop , a quick call to support and they applied a fix that makes it work like intended. Would have given it all 5 stars except the necessity in having to make the call.

Not as well-built nor easy to use as my previous HP printer. Although it is essentially the replacement version of my previous HP printer, my existing print cartidges do not fit. - wasting some $$s of unusable print cartridges. HP print cartridges are priced to guide people to the ink subscription service, but actually have to pay a per-page fee for using the printer. Like a lease car, but worse, if I exceed my monthly usage, I pay a tremendous per-sheet penalty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
