It's so frustrating to try to print an the device is not doing anything, you'll have to figure what's wrong like turn it off and on, etc.

I've never owned a HP printer with so many issues with alignment problems, mostly with 5×7 glossy paper. I've spoken with technical help from HP, watching videos and i just get frustrated!!!!

Goes offline too often. Have to set up again and again. When you want to print it has to realign the cartridges first. Takes forever. Scanning is also difficult. too many steps to do so.
