I have owned several HP printers over the years and been very happy with them. However, with this new one, I am very disappointed. While the installation and set up were reasonable, the printing speed is way below what I expected it to be. Black and White printing is slower that previous models. Whenever there is color in the document, the process comes to a complete halt for at least a minute or longer. This is not the performance level I had been expecting from an HP printer at all.

Owned the machine for less than 4 months and the ink heads are already showing a lot of wear. Have not even used an entire reem of paper and have needed more ink and the coloration is very off. Printing photos is terrible!

We have always used HP so we’re, obviously, content with the brand. It’s easy to use. Our only complaint is that the printer is very big. Other brands are much smaller. This printer barely fits on a cabinet and was too big for a shelving unit.

I was only able to print around 10 basic documents and the ink was already running low. The cartridges cost almost a third of what the printer costs. Will definitely be returning. Got what I payed for I guess.
