This printer is right for my operations. I t installed so easily and works perfectly. I have one complaint though. It uses a lot of black ink. More so than other printers I have owned. Don't do a lot of color printing so can't voice an opinion about the color side . but otherwise, It is a very good printer.

Exceptionally difficult to connect to my computer because nowhere did I see that I need a 2.4GHz router. Once I purchased a split router (2.4GHz and 5.0GHz), all went fine.

Awesome touchscreen all in one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first touchscreen printer and, wow, does it make a difference! Instead of trying to remember each button and what the symbol on it is for and what it does, you now have a simple menu to scroll through to do what you want. It's an all in one printer so it prints, scans, copy, faxes. It's about the size of most printers so it doesn't take up much room. It was super easy to set up and prints and scans wonderfully. I haven't used to fax service as I don't have it set up yet. I have been easily able to print from my phone and laptop. It prints quickly and the images print nicely. Overall, this is a great all in one printer!
