They product itself is okay, but after canceling my subscription because I think it's ridiculous to have to pay to use my own printer, my printer will no longer update. It constantly tries randomly to update by itself but it will not do it. I am to the point of throwing this thing in the garbage and getting something else from a different brand. Which sucks because it's only well under a year old.

It prints like our old one. Adequate. But if you don’t subscribe to their ink purchase plan, the printer doesn’t work any more. You must go out and purchase the HP cartridges even though you have ink in the purchase plan ones. What a waste!

The printer functioned properly with the exception of it's ability to maintain connection to my wifi network. I got tired of power cycling the printer when I wanted to use it. I scraped the printer, bought a Ca non with has worked as well for me.
