Paper holding tray not very sturdy. Mly previous Off Jet Pro o8o710 was much easier to pull out. It also had a slide inside the new paper holder that pushed against the paper to hold it in place. The touch screen takes several touches to respond and open then it take more multiple taps to get to open copy finally (Took me 9 taps) then you have to open document or id card. This is irritating when I'm needing something fast. Not what I had hoped for. I have owned 4 or 5 hp printers so not my first time around with them. I like the smaller size and it seems to print fairly fast once it gets going. Would not recommend it.
easy to buy and promptly delivered. Instructions are not worth throwing away. Online videos run rapidly through most printer functions. If I already understood how to do everything I WOULD NOT THE VIDEO. In short - also worthless.
Typical HP great quality. Easy to use. Great print. Only suggestion would be to make access to the paper ready for printing be a bit easier to open. Other than that, love my printer.
I recently purchased the HP OfficeJet Pro 8135e, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. The setup was incredibly easy, and the wireless connectivity works flawlessly. The print quality is outstanding, with sharp text and vibrant colors. The scanner is fast and efficient, making it perfect for my home office needs. The 3-month Instant Ink subscription is a fantastic bonus, ensuring I never run out of ink unexpectedly. Overall, this printer is a great value for the price and a must-have for any home office.
