The Joule Sous Vide is one of my three favorite kitchen appliances! It's actually at the top of the list because it doesn't take up any counter space and has the capacity of a very large professional appliance! Makes a great Christmas present for those who love to cook and for those who don't!

The app is horrible. I don't need recipes! The old app allowed me to very straightforwardly enter the protein, thickness, and preferred temp. It also allowed for a simple search. I find myself using the new turbo less and less because it's so frustrating. And, when I have used it, the protein has been undercooked. Also, the instructions were almost nil in the package!
