Excellent overall experience. Love the result, adds fair amount of heat, adds ambiance to the room, looks clean and modern. We did encounter some trouble installing, but received excellent, immediate feedback and assistance to correct. Would highly recommend.

I LOVE this electric fireflace

Design is very simple yet elegant and warms up the whole room (litterally and figuratively). Quality is excellent and relatively easy to install…although I wish it was set up for hardwiring. I get tons of complements from everyone who sees it. I wholeheartedly recommend this product.

Avoid buying touchstone fireplaces. There idea of warranty service is fix it yourself.

Where’s the bracket?

Haven’t yet. Is the bracket attached to the back of unit?? Does it need to be removed first from unit to put in wall ?? Help
