Realistic very nice speak to the product. We just wish there was more room at the bottom so you can plug in and cover the plug to avoid a direct connection. Love it besides that minor thing!

This fireplace is amazing. The white mantle sets it apart from the others. Absolutely stunning vibrant colors and throws off a lot of heat. Upgrade and get the bundle the crackling sounds makes the mood for relaxation

There is a clicking noise that occurs about once every few seconds. Seems like the background flame is on a real, and is catching. Kind of annoying.
