WiFi issues

I love the fireplace but it constantly disconnects from WiFi. If I unplug it it will reconnect but not for long. I’m hoping there will be a fix for this soon if not a partial refund I think would be appropriate.

Flames Appear Flat But Well-Made Unit

Well-made unit, arrived in perfect lcondition. Wanted for ambiance in an upstairs media room. Negative is very flat, artificial flame. Now understand why so affordable. Better to spend more for a more engaging flame. Love the design if the cabinet and 3 sides view. Only hoped view would be somewhat more realistic.

It’s not mounted yet because we are remodeling. We have it sitting on the hearth. The flames are beautiful and it gives off good heat. The remote worked perfectly after we replaced the batteries.

Very good product

It warms my med size bathroom good. It's absolutely beautiful!Con-don't like the sound of the fan or motor not sure what part it is. I was aware of the possible sound but Its louder than i expected. My 2year old was scared of it at first. This is the reason for the 4 star.

Purchase of the Touchstone Chesmont 50” has been a first class experience. Easy ordering, fast, safe shipping, excellent product arriving without a hitch. Great price and even greater quality product! All the right features and just what we were looking for to complete our living room project. Installation quite easy with decent instructions. Does however really require two persons to lift into place during wall mount. Now a great look made even just a bit better with the addition of a 58” x2 1/4” by 9” wide real 100 year old live oak saw mill cut slab mantle, laid on top. Wow, stunning look ! Steve & Sara W.
