This thing is beautiful. Pictures and video do not do it justice. I took my time placing logs and glass to get the most realistic look I could. Only thing I wish was if the logs had the ability to glow from the lights underneath. Beautiful fireplace!!!

Just purchased my 2nd Touchstone fireplace after moving to a new home, and thrilled to find it now includes audio of a crackling fire! Very satisfied with the product as well as the purchase and delivery experience! Highly recommend!

This unit came well packaged, easy to install, easy to set up WiFi app , easy to use app, great looking flames, many different variations for flame colors.
